As a Full Stack Software Developer, you’ll modernize digital platforms, build APIs and integrations, and enable AI-assisted development. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product owners, and leaders while delivering secure, scalable solutions for members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience designing software and writing production code in a team environment.
• Experience delivering highly scalable solutions across multiple programming languages and environments.
• Strong REACT development experience.
• Experience building and supporting APIs in Java and/or .NET environments.
• Strong database experience, including SQL and data-driven applications.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience using Git, code reviews, and branching strategies.
• Familiarity with TDD and unit testing practices.
• Ability to adapt AI-assisted development tools to production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable software solutions for member-facing and internal applications.
• Contribute to website modernization, personalization, and digital experience improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations powering critical services.
• Create and maintain database components, data models, and migrations.
• Analyze requirements and recommend solutions balancing performance and maintainability.
• Deliver high-quality code with testing, debugging, and reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, and leaders in Agile teams.
• Explore AI-enabled development practices to boost productivity and quality.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production deployments, troubleshoot issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline engineering processes.
