Zusammenfassung

CVS Health is launching an Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP) to train automation engineers for a Fortune 6 company. This two-year program offers hands-on experience, training, and feedback in a fast-paced IT organization, with remote work available and East Coast preference due to business needs.

You will learn modern delivery methods like Agile, DevSecOps, and XP while supporting enterprise applications and building data-driven solutions.

Qualifikationen

1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.
Verifiable HS diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.

Aufgaben

Assist in the support of existing applications and development efforts.
Write high-quality code compliant with enterprise regulations.
Collaborate with analysts and product owners to align priorities.
Analyze and improve the efficiency of various systems and services.
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to adopt new technologies.
Create and execute test scenarios/plans for new and changed components.
Share knowledge openly with other IT personnel.
Troubleshoot problems identified by users.
Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, etc. and work within Agile/XP/Kanban.
