Job summary

CVS Health is launching the Infrastructure Software Engineering Program (ISEP), a two-year track to grow full-stack automation engineers within a Fortune 6 company. You will code, learn, and contribute across IT Security, Automation, Cloud, and AI initiatives.

Remote work is available, preferably for East Coast candidates. The program emphasizes Agile, DevSecOps, and XP practices while building skills for a Software Driven Enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.
• Experience with CI/CD, writing and testing code, and delivering enterprise-wide applications (e.g., Agile, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with cloud concepts and providers (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS, cloud security, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Experience with data integration and relational/non-relational databases
• Experience with cybersecurity and network security (e.g., end-point security, NIST standards, MITRE ATT&CK Framework compliance and regulation, risk management, security architecture development)
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the support of existing applications and/or development efforts.
• Writing high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry regulations.
• Proactively monitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities to implement new technologies.
• Creating and executing required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components.
• Sharing knowledge openly and willingly with other IT business personnel.
• Work within model delivery frameworks (Agile, XP, Kanban)
