Job summary

Impiricus, a leading AI-powered HCP Engagement Engine, seeks a Software Engineer (Full Stack) in New York, NY, Atlanta, GA, or Remote, USA. You will design, develop, and optimize digital healthcare solutions across backend and frontend, ensuring scalable, high-performance software and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with React/Next.js on frontend and Python-based APIs, integrate AI/LLM workflows, and contribute to CI/CD and cloud deployments while delivering reliable production

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience building production applications.
• Experience developing and integrating backend services and APIs, ideally using Python; Node.js is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI model integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React and Next.js.
• Develop reusable frontend components and translate UX/UI designs into production-ready features.
• Design, build, and integrate scalable APIs and backend services in Python to support web apps and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and UX/UI teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate and enhance LLM and AI-powered workflows with prompt engineering and model integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and engineering standards.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability across frontend and backend.
• Contribute to CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, and observability, delivering reliable production releases.
• Take ownership of features from development through deployment and contribute to documentation.
