Qualifications

• Excellent organization and multitasking.
• Clear written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Lead kickoff meetings to align on expectations, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Build and manage diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills and fit.
• Collaborate with interview teams to ensure structured, inclusive processes.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring trend analyses.
• Monitor recruiting metrics to optimize outcomes and efficiency.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and communication.
• Support offer development and negotiations, communicating compensation clearly.
• Partner with leaders to address hiring challenges and mitigate risks.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and tools.
