Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for management and administrative positions across the organization.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
• Build strong talent pipelines and maintain an active network of candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Assist with recruiting strategies, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Move quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
