Job summary

GrowthX AI, Inc. is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to own the entire hiring process across technical and GTM roles, from partnering with founders and hiring managers to source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and close exceptional candidates.

This early-stage role thrives in ambiguity within a fast-growing AI startup; you will build AI-driven recruiting processes, design interview workflows, and help shape our employer brand while working remotely across North America.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and GTM roles.
• Experience recruiting in US-based startup environments (Series A–C strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles, especially engineers and senior GTM hires.
• Strong stakeholder management; comfortable partnering directly with founders and executives.
• Excellent communicator with strong candidate storytelling and closing skills.
• Ability to operate with urgency and prioritize effectively in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for both Technical (Engineering, Product, Data/AI) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) roles
• Partner with stake holders to scope roles & align on hiring criteria
• Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, especially technical and AI talent
• Manage the entire candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
• Design and continuously improve interview processes to be fast, structured, and candidate-friendly
• Track and report on recruiting funnel metrics (pipeline health, time to hire, conversion rates)
• Develop compelling messaging and value propositions to attract top startup and AI talent
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and talent availability
• Help shape our employer brand and candidate experience from the ground up
