You will partner with founders and hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Expect competitive compensation with base salary in the $160k–$215k range, plus equity and benefits as part of total rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring across multiple functions including technical and GTM roles.
• Able to define sourcing plans and run end-to-end searches.
• Startup experience in fast-growing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across prioritized functions including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
• Build sourcing strategies for new or first-of-a-kind roles.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards and SLAs.
• Craft outreach with a high-touch candidate experience.
