Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a Non-Profit Foundation in Downtown, Manhattan to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist position on a Permanent/Direct Hire basis. We are searching for a candidate with full-cycle Accounts Payable experience within a high volume environment.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days in office and 3-4 days remote, typical 9-5, about a 35-hour work week, and a compensation range of $60k–$70k. Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle AP experience in a high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to process payments and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper coding.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Process weekly and monthly payment runs via ACH, wire, checks and other methods.
