Medsien is seeking an Account Executive to sell remote care management software and staffing solutions to US doctor practices. You’ll lead outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, run demos, and drive deals through to closing, with hand-off to Operations upon completion.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has 2–5 years of AE experience, and is comfortable building pipeline from scratch and exceeding targets. This role is remote across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years in an Account Executive full-cycle sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS/healthcare.
• Experience building your own pipeline from scratch and closing large accounts.
• Consistent overachievement against sales targets in past experiences.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce and Outreach.

Aufgaben

• Run full-cycle sales process: prospect, demo, qualify, negotiate, close, and hand off to Operations.
• Prospect, initiate, qualify deals, close, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and articulate benefits of Medsien’s solutions.
• Use Salesforce to manage all sales activities, opportunities, and accounts.
