Job summary

Thrivas Staffing Agency in Tampa, FL is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a permanent, long-term role. The position offers a hybrid schedule with some remote work and a generous benefits package.

You will manage all accounting tasks, report to the Vice President, supervise accounts payable and receivable, analyze inventory and purchase orders, perform bank deposits, and generate weekly and monthly financials while coordinating with an outside CPA for quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of bookkeeping experience.
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Degree in Accounting and Finance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Analyze inventory and purchase orders.
• Perform bank deposits and weekly/monthly reporting.
• Enter timecards into the payroll system.
• Coordinate with outside CPA for quarterly reporting.
• Report directly to the Vice President.
