Job summary

Institute-of-Mngt is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment and Documentation Specialist for a part-time, 3-month contract. The role is remote and supports two platforms: our e-commerce platform and LMS, handling order fulfillment, license management, partner onboarding, and SOP creation.

This position emphasizes precise, process-driven work, onboarding new partners, and building clear documentation to guide ongoing platform rollout and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with data management, customer data, or similar systems-based, detail-heavy work.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven tasks where accuracy matters.
• Ability to follow—and improve—documented processes.
• Clear written communication skills, with experience writing SOPs or process documentation.

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Operations: Configure new products, manage coupons, fulfill bulk orders, troubleshoot issues.
• License & Group Management (LMS): Create licenses, set up user groups, ensure allocations.
• Partner Onboarding: Onboard partners, answer questions, build onboarding documentation.
• Custom Experiences: Configure custom setups, collaborate with Senior Director and UX team.
• Documentation & SOPs: Create/maintain SOPs, keep docs current, report on outcomes with data.
