Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking a Solution Architect - Fulfillment Integrations to work remotely anywhere, leading the design and delivery of enterprise integrations that connect external grocery retailer systems with the client’s Fulfillment Network. You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectures and guide projects from discovery through post-launch support.

Ideal candidates have deep API integration expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Integration Architecture in a customer-facing role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise API integrations between internal and external systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, data flows, and distributed architectures.
• Experience leading discovery, requirements gathering, and design workshops with clients or partners.
• Ability to discuss application code and technical implementations with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and requirements sessions with external partners and stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end integration architectures between client platforms and external retailer systems.
• Create and maintain design documents, architecture diagrams, workflow models, specs, and artifacts.
• Serve as the primary technical representative through the integration lifecycle from scoping to launch.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams during implementation.
• Review designs and data flows to ensure alignment with standards and objectives.
• Conduct presentations and design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
