Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or similar customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and requirements sessions with partners and stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end integration architectures between client platforms and retailer systems.
• Create and maintain design docs, architecture diagrams, workflow models, specs, and artifacts.
• Serve as primary technical representative through integration lifecycle from scoping to launch.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.
• Review designs, data flows, APIs, and system interactions for alignment with standards.
• Conduct presentations and design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve challenges and ensure delivery.
