Eliassen Group is seeking a Solution Architect specializing in Fulfillment Integrations with remote work flexibility. The role centers on leading the design and delivery of enterprise API integrations that connect external grocery retail partners with the client’s Fulfillment Network.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions while guiding projects from discovery through launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Architecture or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise API integrations between internal and external systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, data flows, and distributed architectures.
• Experience leading discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.
• Ability to read, discuss code and technical implementations with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end integration architectures between client platforms and external retailer systems.
• Create and maintain solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Serve as primary technical representative through integration lifecycle from scoping to launch.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams implementing integrations.
• Review designs and data flows to ensure alignment with standards and objectives.
• Conduct design reviews and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization activities.
