Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple industries.

This role interacts with contractors, engineers, internal teams, manufacturers, and customer personnel to own and resolve complex assignments while leading Ryder Fuel Service operations. The position emphasizes proactive compliance, repair quotes, ad-hoc reporting, KPI monitoring, and policy development.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five or more years in fuel system or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance.
• 1–3 years customer relationship-building experience.
• Advanced Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions for customers.
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met using the work order system.
• Provide clear, effective communications to customers and stakeholders.
