Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Miami, FL seeks a skilled professional to oversee Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations. You will supervise the local FTZ production team, act as Zone Administrator, and ensure compliance with CBP/FTZ regulations while supporting the FTZ Director.

Responsibilities include auditing documentation, managing inventory, and maintaining procedures, with collaboration across carriers, IT, and internal departments. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in FTZ, customs brokerage, or warehouse ops.
• Experience supervising employees or projects.
• Knowledge of US Customs/FTZ regulations and CBP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the FTZ production team and coordinate with the FTZ user/client.
• Audit CBP documentation, FTZ transactions, and inventory for compliance.
• Maintain FTZ records and manuals; create work instructions.
• Liaise with carriers, CBP port, and internal departments.
• Resolve EDI, ASN, and system issues with IT and stakeholders.
