Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Miami, FL is seeking a FTZ operations leader to oversee foreign trade zone activities and ensure CBP/FTZ compliance across the Miami operation. You will supervise the FTZ production team, coordinate with the FTZ user/client, act as Zone Administrator, and support the FTZ Director while driving process improvements and regulatory excellence.

The role requires 3-5 years FTZ/warehouse experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of US customs regulations.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years in FTZ and/or customs brokerage or Warehouse Operations.
• Prior experience supervising other employees or projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FTZ production team and coordinate with FTZ user/client.
• Audit CBP documentation, FTZ transactions, and warehouse inventories.
• Maintain FTZ records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create and update standard work instructions for all processes.
