Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a FTZ Coordinator to manage Foreign-Trade Zone operations within the warehouse. You will ensure accurate FTZ inventory, reconcile WMS data, and support CBP compliance and FTZ regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining FTZ records, preparing compliance documentation, and coordinating with carriers and brokers to resolve shipment issues. Strong Excel and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, customs, or FTZ operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily FTZ inventory and warehouse operations.
• Maintain knowledge of FTZ regulations and CBP requirements.
• Prepare and process FTZ documentation for shipments.
• Reconcile daily inventory between WMS and FTZ records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Review shipping documents against receipts to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain FTZ inventory records for audits and compliance.
• Assist with FTZ audits and provide requested documentation.
