Job summary

PowerStop LLC seeks an experienced FTZ Manager to oversee zone admissions, compliance, and cross-functional logistics strategy. You will liaise with CBP, manage inbound/outbound freight, and drive continuous improvement in cost, efficiency, and risk management.

The role requires 10+ years in logistics, FTZ experience, and strong leadership across multi-site operations. MBA or MS is a plus; certifications such as CSCP/CLTD are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business; master’s preferred.
• Experience with global inbound logistics and international freight.
• Professional certifications (CSCP, CLTD, Lean, Six Sigma) and FTZ management.
• 10+ years in logistics or supply chain with inbound/outbound responsibility.
• Strong understanding of transportation markets, carrier contracts and costs.
• Proven leadership in complex, multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FTZ admissions, filings, and compliance with CF214/CF3461.
• Lead inbound/outbound freight strategy, optimization, and OTIF performance.
• Manage carrier contracts, scorecards, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor logistics costs and drive cost-to-serve improvements.
• Leverage TMS/WMS/ERP data to provide real-time shipment insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
