Phusion Projects, LLC. is seeking a Frontier Sales Manager to oversee a remote book of small wholesaler accounts (under 10,000 annual cases). The role emphasizes wholesale management, remote communication, and data-driven sales strategies to hit volume goals.

You’ll drive programs with wholesalers, monitor inventory, and optimize retail placement while reporting to the Vice President - Frontier Division. This 90% remote role offers a base pay range of $75,000-$90,000 plus bonuses.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in account executive, sales manager or sales/account management with proven success.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Remote, 90% non-traveling role with occasional meetings.
• Experience selling consumer products B2B and managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Work with assigned wholesalers/distributors remotely to execute programs.
• Monitor inventory and days-on-hand; prevent stockouts.
• Influence retail distribution and buying through wholesalers.
• Drive volume goals across the book of wholesalers.
• Manage invoices, expenses, and budget; maximize gross profits.
• Document wholesale/retail pricing and achieve targets.
• Coordinate wholesaler incentives to maintain share of mind remotely.
• Report progress to Vice President - Frontier Division.
• Identify new growth opportunities within the book.
