Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Design & Frontend Specialist to support AI training projects from a fully remote location. You will analyze frontend design challenges, explain technical decisions, and contribute to design docs, RFCs, and ADRs.

You will assess design systems, accessibility, frontend architecture, and trade-offs while synthesizing insights for stakeholders. Strong documentation and writing are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product design, UX, UI, or frontend engineering.
• Strong design/technical documentation and analytical writing skills.
• Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, and modern frontend technologies.

Responsibilities
