YO AI Labs seeks a Design & Frontend Specialist to support a customer project focused on UI design, UX, and frontend technical reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience required. You will analyze design and frontend challenges, create design docs, and review RFCs/ADRs while considering accessibility and design systems.

Qualifications

3+ years in product design, UX, UI or frontend engineering.
Strong design and technical documentation and analytical writing.
Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, and modern frontend tech.
Ability to document decisions with design docs, RFCs/ADRs.

Responsibilities

Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
Create and review design docs, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
