micro1 is seeking Design & Frontend Specialists to support a customer project focused on design, UX, and frontend technical reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.

As a remote contractor, you will analyze frontend challenges, create and review design docs, RFCs and ADRs, and evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture. Strong analytical writing helps translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX, UI, or frontend engineering.
• Strong design and technical documentation and analytical writing.
• Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, and modern frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
• Create and review design docs, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
• Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
• Analyze trade-offs, constraints, and user impact.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
