Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Design & Frontend Specialist to support a customer project focused on design, UX, and frontend technical reasoning for AI training. This contractor role is remote and welcomes candidates with strong documentation and analytical writing.

You will analyze frontend challenges, review design docs, evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture, and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX, UI, or frontend engineering.
• Strong design/technical documentation and analytical writing skills.
• Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, and modern frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
• Create and review design docs, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
• Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
• Analyze trade-offs, constraints, and user impact.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
