Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Design & Frontend Specialist to join as a contractor for a customer project focused on design, UX, and frontend technical reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience required.

You will analyze design and frontend challenges, create design docs and ADRs, evaluate design systems and accessibility, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX, UI, or frontend engineering.
• Strong design/technical documentation and analytical writing skills.
• Experience with Figma, design systems, accessibility, and modern frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
• Create and review design docs, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
• Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
• Analyze trade-offs, constraints, and user impact.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
