Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a FOH Specialist Support to join our remote team with travel required. You will oversee front-of-house operations, assist staff, handle customer service and events, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

This role reports to the Operations Support Leader and supports catering and dining services for diverse client sites. Qualified candidates will have high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of food-service management experience, and ServSafe,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years' experience in food service management.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Choke Safety Certification preferred.
• Allergen Awareness Certification (MA) required.
• Hospitality-related education or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house staff, schedules and training.
• Manage all catering operations and events.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Assist with event planning, setup and execution with clients.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and productivity standards are met.
• Monitor food quality and equipment, and arrange repairs when needed.
• Submit financial reports and manage unit expenses within budget.
