Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent certificate from a technical program.
• Relevant experience in computer science, technical support, process improvement may substitute for required education.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.
• Minimum of two years of technical end-user support experience resolving application and system issues.
• Two years of Help Desk/Service Desk experience providing technical and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end users seeking assistance with business applications.
• Provide support via phone, email, chat, and self-service channels.
• Listen actively and ask probing questions to identify root causes of issues.
• Deliver clear, step-by-step guidance to users, including screen-sharing and education.
• Research and troubleshoot application-related issues for web-based and mobile platforms.
• Resolve issues at first contact when possible and escalate when needed.
• Log and document all requests in the ticketing system and track through completion.
