Job summary

You will build relationships with landowners and project stakeholders. This remote-friendly, full-time role requires independent decision-making, negotiation of fees, easements, leases, and permits, plus travel up to 50 percent.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin and Minnesota real estate license preferred.
• Experience in right-of-way projects and land negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of GIS tools and property research.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with landowners and project stakeholders.
• Negotiate fees, easements, leases, permits and licenses.
• Coordinate meetings with landowners on site or other locations.
• Prepare and review project documents and permitting forms.
• Represent the company at meetings with government agencies.
• Provide regular status updates to project managers.
