Job summary

Steigerwaldt Land Services, Inc. is seeking a Right of Way Agent in Wisconsin to support land acquisition, leasing, permitting, and project support for energy, infrastructure, and real estate initiatives.

Remote-friendly with a primary focus on Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota; roughly 75% field work and 25% office work. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Right-of-Way or related real estate experience, a Wisconsin real estate license (Minnesota preferred) or willingness to obtain, and strong

Qualifications

2+ years in Right-of-Way acquisition or real estate related experience.
Licensed Wisconsin & Minnesota Real Estate Agent (or willing to obtain license).
Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to work independently in field and office settings.

Responsibilities

Support right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support.
Establish and maintain trust with landowners and stakeholders.
Negotiate and secure fee titles, easements, leases, and permits.
Coordinate meetings with landowners and project stakeholders.
Prepare agreement documents and permitting forms.
Represent the company at public meetings with government agencies.
