Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience.
• 1+ year of practical interior design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in design is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior design and sales techniques.
• Experience with social media and grass-roots marketing to build a client base.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions aligned with customer preferences and budget.
• Sell Ethan Allen products and services.
• Greet customers, obtain appointments, and conduct in-home consultations.
• Use social media to develop and grow the business.
• Educate customers on complimentary design services.
• Stay current on design trends to craft fashionable solutions.
• Coordinate with the team to manage orders and updates.
• Utilize technology to design projects and present ideas.
• Enter orders using the POS system.
• Participate in marketing and training programs.
