You will handle space planning, fabric coordination, product selection and develop designs that meet client budgets while driving sales. The role emphasizes relationship-based selling and collaboration with the Design Center Leader and team.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Minimum of one year practical interior design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a design-related field (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Experience with online sales and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions consistent with customer preferences and budget.
• Sell Ethan Allen products and services.
• Represent the brand in customer interactions and schedule appointments and in-home consultations.
• Coordinate with team to deliver excellent service before and after sale.
