Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Tier I Help Desk Technician fluent in French to join the MMS Contact Center in Sharonville, OH. You will provide frontline support for mobile devices via phone, chat, and email, documenting interactions in ServiceNow and guiding users through troubleshooting and activation steps.

The role demands strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French.
• 1–2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Experience with mobile devices or mobile carriers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot mobile devices, connectivity, and account services.
• Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow.
• Process MACD moves, adds, changes, disconnects.
• Assist with device activation and initial configuration.
• Guide users through orders in self-service portals.
• Respond to inbound calls, chats, and voicemails in a high-volume center.
