Job summary

Immerse is hiring language instructors to teach French and English or Spanish to adult professionals via our immersive platform. Sessions are conducted in realistic, real‑world settings to build fluency and confidence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of structured teaching, strong target-language proficiency, and comfort with online teaching tools. This is fully remote, with sessions scheduled in the Eastern time window and ongoing collaboration with the instructional team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of structured French and English or Spanish language teaching experience.
• Experience teaching adult learners in group settings of 8 or more.
• Advanced French and English or Spanish proficiency (C1 CEFR or ACTFL Advanced High).
• If teaching French and Spanish (not English), minimum B2-level English proficiency is required.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms.
• Organized, reliable, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured French and English or Spanish communicative lessons with adult learners.
• Guide learners through real-life scenarios such as meetings, travel, or professional communication.
• Provide feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and fluency.
• 40-minute sessions.
• Communicate proactively with the instructional team.
