Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Executive Manager to source, secure, and manage transportation needs for Gampac customers. Remote, nationwide, with responsibilities spanning freight lanes, rates, and solutions, plus account development and ongoing customer management.

The role emphasizes sourcing, data integrity, and proactive issue resolution, with travel as needed and a commission-based earning structure. Requires brokerage experience and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of brokerage experience.
• Basic understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets.
• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred negotiation skills and existing customer/carrier base are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with independence.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet scheduled activity deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and securing freight, carriers, and customers using multiple leads.
• Creatively find new solutions for customers and develop opportunities from Business Development.
• Account management and growth of smaller assigned accounts.
• Act as primary contact for customers, managing relationship with Gampac.
• Ensure accurate data capture and system entry in all customer functions.
• Use data to proactively resolve customer issues.
• Create new customer opportunities from prospecting to leads generation.
• Lead Associates including scheduling, time tracking, and training.
• Travel as needed.
