Job summary

Gampac is seeking an Executive Manager to source, secure, and manage transportation needs for new and existing customers. You will discuss freight lanes, rates, and solutions, and must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Atlanta, Charlotte, Chattanooga, or Rosemont areas. This role is 100% virtual.

Responsibilities include developing opportunities, managing customer relationships, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with the Business Development Team. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of brokerage experience.
• Basic understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and securing freight, carriers, and customers using varied leads.
• Develop opportunities from the Business Development Team.
• Account management and growth of smaller assigned accounts by sourcing and securing opportunities.
• As primary contact for your customers, manage the relationship between the customer and Gampac.
• Ensure data capture and system entry for all customer related functions.
• Lead Associates including scheduling, time tracking, and training.
• Monitor loads and proactively identify and resolve issues for customers.
• Support A/R in collections of past due invoices.
