Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business with shippers and customers.
• Manage the full shipment lifecycle: quoting, booking, tracking, on-time delivery.
• Negotiate carrier rates to maximize profitability and maintain pricing.
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships for capacity and reliability.
• Provide top-tier customer service and resolve shipment issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Track and report shipment status, financial performance, and key metrics.
