Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years in full-cycle recruitment.
• Advanced English written and spoken.
• Proven experience using ATS for candidate management.
• Experience with interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Strong sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated and autonomous as a freelancer.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing & screening candidates through multiple channels and pre-selection.
• Conducting interviews to assess skills, fit, and cultural alignment.
• Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies.
• Managing candidate data and progress in an ATS.
• Negotiating offers and closing candidates.
• Providing market intelligence and improving recruitment processes.
• Regularly reporting progress and pipeline status to the team.
