Job summary

AKQA is seeking a senior strategic lead to direct account strategy for CX, digital product, and experience initiatives, defining consumer needs, value propositions, and business value. You will use qualitative and quantitative research to frame problems, craft persuasive stories, and guide cross-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable impact.

You will translate insights into actionable products and experiences while collaborating with creative, technology, UX, delivery, and data science leads
