Job summary

AKQA is seeking an experienced Freelance Group Strategy Director to shape CX and digital strategy for a leading financial services brand. You will translate data into compelling stories and provide strategic direction on product and experience initiatives from opportunity through delivery.

Collaborate with account, creative, product and technology leadership to grow the business, elevate the work, and ensure strategy integrates into digital products, services, and experiences.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CX, digital strategy, or consulting.
• Deep CX and digital product expertise with design thinking.
• Ability to translate insights into strategic direction for digital products and services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior strategic lead on the account for clarity and direction.
• Provide strategy on CX, digital product and experience initiatives.
• Frame problems using qualitative and quantitative research; mine insights.
• Translate strategic recommendations into actionable experiences and products.
• Partner with account leadership to grow the business and strategic acumen.
• Oversee and elevate the creative process with leadership collaboration.
• Ensure strategy ladders through to deliverables across disciplines.
• Contribute thought leadership on design and technology trends.
