Outpost is a fast-growing, tech-enabled marketing agency focused on Reddit. As a Reddit Community Manager, you own a client's presence, run branded accounts and their subreddit, and represent the brand in the communities that matter.

This is a part-time, freelance role with no fixed hours, expecting 1–2 hours of meetings per week. You will work with our team and clients across North America, using our platform to surface conversations worth joining, balance authenticity with community

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Reddit culture and best practices.
• Background in marketing, social media, SEO or related fields.
• Genuine enthusiasm for brands and ability to articulate their voice.

Responsibilities

• Manage client presence on Reddit, brand accounts and subreddit.
• Engage, post, and respond in prioritized threads to build goodwill.
• Grow and moderate the client's subreddit, and surface actionable insights.
