Job summary

Outpost, a fast-growing, tech-enabled marketing agency focused on Reddit, seeks a Reddit Community Manager to own a client’s presence on Reddit, operate branded accounts and subreddits, and represent the brand in key communities. This is a part-time, freelance, fully remote role with no fixed hours.

Expect 1–2 hours of client meetings weekly, plus time for engagement, growth, and intelligence using our platform.

Qualifications

• Deep Reddit knowledge and culture.
• Marketing background in content, social, SEO or GEO.
• Genuine enthusiasm for brands you would represent.
• Ability to write like a human, not a marketer.

Responsibilities

• Engage with targeted Reddit threads by commenting and posting on behalf of brands.
• Build and manage the client’s subreddit and foster a welcoming community.
• Monitor conversations to surface insights and feed monthly intelligence reports.
