Job summary

LHH is seeking a Community Manager to support ongoing social media engagement and community management with strong copywriting and Reddit expertise. The role focuses on daily monitoring, content creation, and active Reddit participation while coordinating with internal teams.

The position is remote for U.S.-based candidates, approx. 10 hours per week, with daily task delivery by set times. Immediate start preferred, with availability during Central/East Coast hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media communities and audience engagement.
• Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with social platforms and community management tools.
• Experience using social listening and monitoring platforms.
• Hands-on Reddit community management experience.
• Understanding of subreddit culture, moderation, account credibility, and community best practices.
• Ability to follow engagement frameworks and identify when escalation is needed.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to social media comments, mentions, and messages.
• Draft concise, engaging social content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track community sentiment, engagement activity, and key trends.
• Monitor Reddit communities and identify relevant engagement opportunities.
• Create authentic, community-focused Reddit posts and comments.
• Escalate sensitive issues and follow established approval processes.
• Maintain activity logs, reporting, and engagement documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams through Slack and other communication tools.
