Outpost is seeking a Reddit Community Manager for a part-time, freelance role. You will own a client's presence on Reddit, manage branded accounts and their subreddit, and represent the brand in key communities.

You’ll surface conversations with our platform, engage authentically, and grow communities while coordinating with clients and the Outpost team. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and 1–2 hours of weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• Deep Reddit knowledge and culture fluency.
• Background in marketing, content, or social media.
• Ability to write like a person, not a marketer.

Responsibilities

• Manage branded Reddit accounts and client subreddits.
• Engage in communities, post, comment, and moderate as needed.
