Job summary

Outpost is seeking a Reddit Community Manager to own a client's presence on Reddit, running branded accounts and their subreddit, and representing the brand in the communities that matter. This is a part-time, freelance role with flexible, remote work.

You will focus on engagement, growth, and intelligence from our platform, with 1–2 hours of weekly meetings across the Outpost team and clients. Compensation ranges per client, monthly.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Reddit culture and traction strategies.
• Experience in marketing or content creation for brands.
• Excellent written communication and brand voice alignment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and moderate branded Reddit accounts and subreddits.
• Grow the client’s subreddit and monitor conversations.
• Flag insights and deliver monthly intelligence to clients.
