Quantum Management Services Ltd is seeking an entry-level Fraud Prevention & Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in Idaho. The role is a 6-month contract with potential extension, paying $16.50 per hour and working Sundays to Thursdays 11:30am–8:00pm PST.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; demonstrates critical thinking and process following.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, fraud, or customer support is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review transactions and account activity for fraud indicators.
• Investigate refunds, credits, and missing-order claims.
• Review shopper activity for policy violations.
• Manage incoming cases and prioritize work.
• Review cases and customer history in Salesforce.
• Conduct audits using Google Sheets and internal systems.
• Follow knowledge-base guidelines to ensure accurate decisions.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes.
• Escalate unusual or sensitive cases when needed.
• Meet quality and productivity expectations with accuracy.
