Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing technology, analytics, or fraud prevention experience.
• 3+ years in financial services, banking, fintech, payments, risk management, or e-commerce environments.
• Proficient in Python (pandas, scikit-learn) or R for advanced analytics; strong SQL and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review suspicious activity and fraud cases to identify trends and vulnerabilities.
• Build and optimize fraud detection rules, models, and workflows.
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop practical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advise on best practices for ThreatMetrix Digital Identity Network and related products.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve fraud mitigation while preserving user experience.
