Greystones Group is hiring a Fraud Analytics Manager to lead detection and risk analytics across modeling, validation, and reporting for government-facing initiatives. You will coordinate resources, priorities, and transitions, interfacing with Government leadership to align analytical efforts with operational priorities and modernization objectives.

The role requires extensive analytics leadership, strong Python/SQL/Databricks expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• Must obtain Federal Public Trust Clearance; US citizen or LPR required.
• 8+ years leading complex analytics, compliance, risk, or data science programs.
• 3+ years fraud analytics, identity theft, financial crime, or risk-detection programs.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to executive, operational, technical, and Government audiences.
• Experience coordinating with IT, data engineering, production, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated workstreams supporting predictive models, filters, business rules, performance monitoring, and analytical pilots.
• Establish workplans, milestones, dependencies, staffing plans, quality gates, and escalation paths.
• Manage delivery of recurring operational reporting, model evaluations, ad-hoc analyses, and executive briefings.
• Ensure deliverables, analytical methods, assumptions, data dependencies, and limitations are documented.
• Coordinate with IT resources and enterprise stakeholders on system changes, migrations, implementation testing, and production continuity.
• Review analytical findings for accuracy, operational relevance, and interpretation.
• Lead responses to emerging fraud schemes, urgent leadership requests, and oversight inquiries.
• Manage risks involving data access, system dependencies, production releases, workload capacity, and filing-season timing.
• Oversee AI governance, documentation, transparency, and compliance artifacts.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, desk guides, runbooks, and transition of capabilities to Government personnel.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts and promote consistent analytical standards.
