Job summary

Century 21 Real Estate is seeking a Franchise Sales Director to own the full sales cycle for franchise opportunities within a defined U.S. territory. The role is remote with travel across ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, and NY (excluding boroughs), requiring residency in the territory.

You will drive pipeline, engage in networking and media strategy, and partner with brand and support teams to accelerate growth. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 1–3 years in sales and real estate/franchise sales

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in business development or management consulting.
• Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret financial and business data.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for in-person/virtual settings.
• Comfortable with hybrid/work-from-home arrangements and travel.

Responsibilities

• Own complete deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Meet/exceed annual quota targets within the brand strategy.
• Collaborate with shared services, sales enablement and growth teams.
• Lead meetings with prospects and guide them through the process.
