Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Franchise Sales Director for Century 21 Real Estate to lead franchise sales across a multi-state territory. This is a 100% remote position with travel throughout the sales territory; you must reside within ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, NY (excluding boroughs).

You will own the deal flow from prospecting through conversion, build robust pipelines, articulate the brand value proposition, and collaborate with marketing, analytics and shared services to hit annual growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in a sales/inside sales environment with emphasis on business development or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own complete deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Balance multiple deals through the sales cycle and hit annual quota targets.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, sales enablement and growth teams to improve funnel effectiveness.
• Lead meetings and guide prospects through all phases of the sales process with management support.
